Strickland Sleeps Over
Xaine has had friends over to the house before, but none for a sleepover and certainly none as unique as this one. This past week my little boy brought home Strickland, his class room mascot, to enjoy a night at the Evans'. During his time with us Strickland enjoyed a few slices of pizza and a cool soda. After full tummies settled Xaine changed Strickland into his play clothes and took him on a bike ride to show him around the neighborhood (hold on tight little monkey). Back from their trek we sat down and played 'The Dangerous Book For Boys' board game. Wow, time sure did fly by, before we knew it it was time for Xaine and Strickland to scrubba dub dub in the tub (all clean)... With P.J.'s dawned Xaine shared a few heaping scoops of ice cream for desert. Chukka chukka as these boys brush their teeth, read some Dr. Suess and crashed out for the night. zzzzzzzzzzz 7:00am already.. two sleepy monkeys ate a healthy pancake breakfast (drenched in syrup still made them healthy.. right). Dressed for the day, Xaine grabbed his and Strickland's pak packs' and we headed off to school. We had a great time with you Strickland... Come back soon.

The two little monkeys weren't jumping on the bed were they? We don't wnat them to fall and bump their heads! After all, monkey see, monkey do. We saw the pictures and they were great. Glad you enjoyed your house warming gift. Talk to you soon. Love to all.
